Make sure the Address you provide on the application can be verified by a drivers licence, or a utility bill.
Proof of Identification and SSN will be needed to complete the credit restoration process. Use your smart phone and take a picture of your ID and social security card and e-mail them to customersupport@united-credit.org
Ensure the copies of ID and SSN are easy to read. If the proof forms are not easily read, the credit restoration process will be stopped until the problem is corrected.
